Our journey began when our founder, Jan, left his role as a supervisor at one of New Jersey’s largest roofing companies. Frustrated with poor management and corner-cutting, he set out on his own with one simple mission: to provide honest, dependable home improvement services without the gimmicks. With a young family and a mortgage on the line, Jan built Atlantic Roofing from the ground up, earning a reputation for quality and integrity.
Years later, Jan’s son proudly took over operations, continuing the family tradition of putting homeowners first. Today, Mishka Group represents nearly three decades of experience, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern solutions.
